The landscape-led development could deliver

  • Up to 150 homes
  • Outdoor space for play and education
  • 4.47 hectares of countryside open space
  • Public play areas

These new homes and community facilities will be integrated into the local landscape and designed for families of all sizes, ranging from first time buyers, families, to those wishing to downsize.

50% of the proposed new homes will be set aside as Affordable Homes made up of a combination of discounted rent, discounted sale and shared ownership housing, provided to eligible households as defined by the council’s housing waiting list.

Sustainable and innovative technologies will also be incorporated to futureproof the dwellings by including accessible and adaptable features that enable people to stay in their own homes’ as their needs change.
