We aim to keep you updated on our latest proposals whilst ensuring that the scheme is best placed to deliver local benefits. As part of this engagement process, we want to hear your feedback. Next Steps
Our consultation window starts on 18th of December 2024 and will run until the 5th of January 2025. Following this, we will be submitting a planning application to Tandridge District Council in early 2025. They will consider our proposals and conduct their own statutory consultation as part of the planning application, which you will also be able to contribute to ahead of a planning decision being made later in 2025.
The timelines will depend on this consultation and other stakeholder meetings, but we will endeavour to keep you informed throughout.
