The site is sustainably located to take advantage of and support a range of services around Hurst Green

• Bus route 410A offering a half hourly service provides a 15-minute journey to Oxted Station and a 40 minute journey to Redhill
• Hurst Green Station and the village centre are a 20-minute walk away

Motion, our transport consultants have undertaken a preliminary transport overview for the site and held initial pre-application meetings with Surrey County Council. Surrey County Council responses to date confirms that they are generally happy with the access proposals, and have also suggested incorporating, as part of the proposals wider improvements to the

• Local pedestrian and cycle network
• Local public transport infrastructure
• An additional pedestrian/cycle access onto Warren Lane

Following our initial discussions with Surrey County Council, we have moved the access further south to minimise surface water impacts.
